Burnt orange — the colour of the prayer flags that line every Himalayan pass, of the marigolds at temple entrances, of the evening light on Kathmandu's brick buildings. This is the warmest, most autumnal kimono in the collection: a colour that carries the specific heat of late afternoon in it.

Hand-loomed in Kathmandu from yak wool that combines warmth with breathability, the burnt orange has the depth of a colour worked through the fibre rather than sitting on top of it. It intensifies in sunlight and glows warmly in candlelight or lamplight.

One of the most sought-after colours in the collection. Wear it over cream or white for maximum contrast, over dark browns and burgundies for a tonal layered look. Two side pockets. Machine washable at 30°. One size, unisex. The colour of somewhere worth going.
