Muted and cool, the grey stone at the centre of this three-metal ring belongs to that family of stones found throughout the high Himalayan plateau — the colours of slate, cloud, and mountain mist. Set in a braid of copper, brass, and pewter, it looks older than it is.
 
There's something grounding about grey in jewellery — it doesn't compete with what you're wearing, it settles into it. The three-metal band catches the light in warm tones while the stone stays still and calm.
